Had an appointment first thing in the morning. Billy and Eric showed up on time to check out and change some items before we moved in. The garbage disposal was bad ,some shower heads and valves were changed in two bathrooms and one of the toilets was in need of changing. The techs worked well together to get the job done quickly. Great job by Partners Plumbing and I would highly recommend them if you have any plumbing issues.

After too many years of common area water line breaks, our HOA decided to repipe what was HOA responsibility. From the bidding process to the end of the project, Partners Plumbing exceeded the board’s expectations. As Damon is very familiar with the plumbing in our buildings, he was personally involved in the bidding process so that nothing would be incorrectly assumed, or forgotten. They repiped all common area water lines of 32 buildings, and the entire project ran smoothly and as scheduled. The crew supervisor, Jacob, was extremely professional, personable and helpful. He paid very close attention to every aspect of the work being done, kept extensive notes on everything they ran across, and communicated with the management company and the board on an almost daily basis. This project affected everyone living in the community. The HOA has undertaken several large projects, and there is always an unwelcome surprise, or problem, or homeowner complaints about the work crew. The repipe project Partners Plumbing did in our community was the first where we did not experience any of that. In fact, several homeowners complemented their crew, as well bring them bottled water, baked goods and fruit.

I recently had an emergency plumbing issue at my home over the weekend, and I was fortunate to have Tim come to the rescue around 8pm. Tim was exceptionally kind and professional throughout the entire process. He quickly identified and fixed the leak, demonstrating impressive efficiency and expertise.

What truly stood out was Tim's willingness to explain the steps he took to resolve the issue, helping me understand the process. Additionally, he offered valuable recommendations for preventing future problems, which I greatly appreciated.

If you're in need of a reliable and knowledgeable plumber, I highly recommend Tim. His prompt response and thorough approach made a stressful situation much more manageable.

I'm so grateful for the service I received from Tim with Partners Plumbing this morning! It's always disappointing to start the weekend with a plumbing issue, but within minutes of reaching out to my HOA I received a call back from dispatch. Tim showed up an hour early and immediately jumped into action, helping my neighbor and I to source the issue and get it cleared. He was extremely professional, compassionate and clean cut, which was a relief in the midst of a challenge. He even started putting on boot covers before entering my home, which shows great respect and class. Tim didn't leave until he tested everything to ensure we wouldn't have to call again and he salvaged the day so I could make it to my social plans in the afternoon. He also recommended an additional service which will prevent the problem from happening again and said he'd work on scheduling that after the holiday weekend. Tim and Partners Plumbing get a 10/10 from start to finish. Thanks guys!
